GUNSnLASERS SIA is a company that manages and organizes active recreation events, processes reservations, provides customer service, carries out marketing activities, and maintains financial accounting related to reservations.

To provide services at different locations, we cooperate with the following companies that operate our parks:

  • GUNSnLASERS Mežaparks SIA (Reg. No. 40203314741, Mežaparks entertainment park – Viestura prospekts 2, Riga, LV-1005)
  • GUNSnLASERS Šampēteris SIA (Reg. No. 42103053095, Šampēteris entertainment park – Šampētera iela 1 k-1, Riga, LV-1046)

Depending on which park you make a reservation at, your data may be shared with the respective park to ensure service delivery and related services.

Use of Phone Number for SMS Verification and Communication

To ensure a secure and convenient reservation process, we use an SMS verification code to confirm the phone number you provide before completing a reservation.

If a reservation is not completed, we may use your phone number to contact you and check whether there were any technical issues or whether assistance is needed to complete the reservation.

The phone number is used only for communication regarding the specific reservation and is not used for marketing purposes unless you have given separate consent.

Data is stored until the customer requests its deletion.

We collect and process the following personal data:

About Children’s Data: If you indicate the players’ age range (e.g. “6–8 years old”), this information is used only for organizing the game. We do not collect individual children’s personal data, and their identity is not stored.

4. Processing of Minors’ Data

If a minor participates in events organized by us, parental or guardian consent is required for data processing.

What data is collected? The minor’s name, age group, parent/guardian contact information, and consent for participation in the game.
For what purpose? To ensure safety and organize the event.
How long do we store this data? The minor’s data is stored for up to 1 month after the event, except where legal liability requires longer retention.
Do we share the data? Data is shared only with companies involved in organizing the event and is not used for marketing purposes without parental consent.
Photography and Filming: Parents may choose whether to allow photography and filming of the minor for marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails and SMS messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us directly.

These companies will use your data only for reservation processing and event organization.

Your data is stored on servers located within the EU and protected using strict security measures.

We use access control systems to protect your data from unauthorized access.

8. How Long Do We Store Your Data?

We store your data for as long as necessary to provide services and fulfill legal obligations.

Reservation data, marketing data, and technical information are stored indefinitely unless the customer requests deletion of the data.
Accounting data is stored in accordance with Latvian laws and regulations (usually up to 7 years).
Minors’ data is stored only for as long as necessary to organize the game.
