GUNSnLASERS SIA is a company that manages and organises active leisure events and provides booking processing, customer service and marketing activities, as well as financial accounting related to bookings.

To provide services at different locations, we work with the following companies, which manage our parks:

Depending on which park you make a booking at, your data may be transferred to the relevant park in order to ensure the provision of the service and related services.

Use of the phone number for the SMS code and communication

To ensure a secure and convenient booking process, we use an SMS confirmation code to verify, before the booking is made, the phone number you have entered.

If a booking is not completed, we may use your phone number to contact you and check whether there were any technical problems or whether help was needed to complete the booking.

The phone number is used only for communication about that specific booking and is not used for marketing purposes unless you have given separate consent for it.

The data is stored until the customer requests its erasure.

Incomplete bookings (abandoned bookings). If you start making a booking but do not complete it, we save the information entered up to that point (name, phone number and the selected services, dates and times) so that our employee can contact you and find out whether there were technical problems or whether help was needed to complete the booking. The legal basis for such contact is our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation) in providing customer support and improving the booking process. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We automatically delete this data within 30 days if the booking is not completed, or if you request this earlier.

We collect and process the following personal data:

• We process your contact details (first name, surname, phone number and email) to communicate with you about the booking and customer support and to send a confirmation.
• We process booking information, including the date, time, number of players, age group, selected services and notes, to organise the event and provide the appropriate services.
• We use information about the language in which you would prefer the event to be run so that we can run it in a language convenient for you.
• We use information about the type of event (for example, a birthday or a corporate event) to prepare better and offer an appropriate experience.
• We use information about how you found out about us to improve our marketing activities.
• We use information about why you chose us to improve our marketing activities.
• We process the payment method (cash, card or bank transfer) for accounting and payment record-keeping purposes. We do not store your card details.
• We use the IP address and technical information, if the booking is made online, for security and statistical purposes.
• We use cookie and analytics data to improve the website’s performance and tailor its content.

About children’s data: If you state the players’ age (e.g. “6-8 years”), it is used only to organise the game. We do not collect individual children’s data, and their identity is not stored.

If a minor takes part in the events we organise, the consent of the parents or guardians to data processing is required.

• What data is collected? The minor’s name, age group, the parent’s/guardian’s contact details and consent to the organisation of the game.
• For what purpose? To ensure safety and to organise the event.
• How long do we keep this data? The minor’s data is stored for up to 1 month after the end of the event, except in cases where legal liability requires it.
• Do we share the data? The data is transferred only to the companies organising the event, and it is not used for marketing purposes without a parent’s consent.
• Photography and filming: Parents may choose whether to allow the minor to be photographed and filmed for marketing purposes.

If you agree, we may use your contact details to send you special offers and information about news and discounts.

You may opt out of advertising emails and SMS messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

We will not send you advertising unless you have given your consent to it.

To ensure your booking and the provision of services, we may transfer your data to the relevant operator of the park where your event takes place.

These companies will use your data only for processing the booking and organising the event.

They will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have given separate consent for it.

Your data is not sold to third parties.

Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, so our company transfers the personal data needed to carry out payments to the platform’s owner, Maksekeskus AS.

We also use trusted service providers for payment processing, sending emails and SMS messages, analytics and running the website. They process data only on our behalf in accordance with GDPR requirements and cannot use it for their own purposes.

Your data is stored on servers in the EU, with strict security measures in place.

We use access control to protect your data from unauthorised access.

Some of our service providers (for example, analytics or payment processing services) may be located outside the EU. In such cases, we ensure that the data is protected in accordance with GDPR requirements and international data protection standards.

• Accounting data: Invoices and financial documents are kept for at least 7 years in accordance with the Latvian Accounting Law.
• Minors’ data: Kept only for as long as necessary to organise the game.
• Incomplete booking data: Automatically deleted within 30 days from when the booking was started if the booking is not completed, except in cases where you have completed the booking or contacted us and the data becomes part of your booking information.
